added an anemone, now tank is upset?

I just added a long tentacles anemone and now one of my condis is dead and a feather duster is gone too.

Did I do something wrong?

what kind of setup do you have? And what other inhabitants are in your tank?

Need more info like what size tank and how long been set up. Also some water parameters.

Anemone can be very aggressive and go on little "search and destroy" missions. I wouldnt be totally surprised if it were the cause.
