Right now I currently have:

1 german red
1 sulphurhead
1 yellow lab
3 red zebras
1 pleco

My zebra and my german red are the two most dominant, the zebra is pretty spazzy sometimes, but they all get along well.

I know this guy who's getting rid of some stock and I was wonder if I took them in, would all go great, or at least on a good level. He's got

2 johanni
2 convicts
1 peacock
And a rainbow shark?

He told me he didn't expect the rainbow shark to last, but they've all gotten along and he's had em for a while..

My question is, are they all decently good tank mates or should I only take a few or just steer clear of em all?

I would say no to the convicts they are central American. Really don't belong in with Africans.

Okay so no to the convicts, would the johannis be okay to add then? Or what about that rainbow shark?

Johanni tend to be pretty aggressive, I think you'll have issues with them
