ADF on its way out

I found one of our ADFs laying on its back not moving this afternoon. I scooped it up thinking it was dead, but then saw it take a breath. I tried to feed it and it didn't take. It's super skinny and not moving at all. I was wondering if anyone could help me in this and maybe tell me if I should try to nurse it back or end the suffering?

All my params are perfect. Stock is 4 card tets, 2 fancy guppies and one other ADF.

After coming back home from dinner last night found him dead. Will be getting another one this weekend after camping..
