Advice for new cichlids

I have a 240 litre aquarium, in it there is 1 rainbow cichlid (3.5" - 4"), 1 convict cichlid (2" approx), 2 firemouth (both 2" approx), 1 plec (5" - 5.5").

I would like to add a couple more firemouth cichlids, but other than that I am not sure what to add. I want something colourful that will grow to a decent size that will also be peaceful in with the fish I already have.

They may not be filling the tank now but with that stock list I would add a school of Buenes Aires, Congo tetras, or giant danios for added motion and call it stocked.
