African 70gal stocking suggestions

I am currently deciding on how to stock a west African themed 70gal

I have to relocated my green phantom pleco to the tank as well

I would love to have a black ghost knife fish

Any suggestions on both plants and fish?

Is the BGK a bottom dweller?
