Do they really "tell" the weather? They are adorable!!! I want some but have a small tank. Your love for your dojos seems a lot like my love for my Khulis! I feel bad sometimes they're all I talk about LOL. They just have such cute faces, personalities and lay around funny, a lot like your dojos! Just rest on plants.
 
Dojos can sense a change in barometric pressure so the short answer is yes they can sense storms.
 
How old are they? I've had mine for around 6 months and he's put on maybe .5".

I know silly! I was asking if they actually like...run wild in the tank when a storm is coming like everyone says that do. =( I don't know why anyone would eat them! They're so tiny and those cute faces. Not like a giant tilapia or something.
 
Yaaa they can go big..i bought mine almost 6 to 8 months they were 6cm i guess and now they are almost 15cm ..
