Currently I have a potential pair kribensis and a female kribensis along with 5 barbs and two plecos. The potential pair shows a lot of aggression toward the 3rd female kribensis and I'm not sure why. I have a 55g long tank with a few hiding places as shown below. Any suggestions?

Well, the dominant female does try really hard to court the male. She dances a lot, vibrates and curves her body but the male seems to show little interest to her in my opinion.

It's not unusual for cichlids to pair off and act aggressive to others of the same species. When they start spawning they will likely become aggressive to not only the same species but anything else in the tank as well.
