What is a good option for for something that will clean up my tank bottom and glass it’s while life in a cichlid tank, I have a 75 gal tank.

Nerite and mystery snails

Hey KF what about the bottom feeder? I’ll be using those snells they look cool but will they work in sand?

Mystery snails will breed in freshwater Nerites won’t. Nerites will lay eggs probably but they don’t hatch unless the tank has salt in them, I use corys as bottom feeders, a lot of people like different kind of loaches too. Depends on the tank size

I’ve been doing some reading on the snails and cichlids many people say the cichlids will eat the snails.

Cory cats are good depending on what type of Cichlids you have. Loaches would also work as bottom feeders as blizow stated.

Nerites will work in sand. They rarely stay on the substrate IME
