i have 4 white skirt tetras 3 peppered corys 5 neon tetras and 12 zebra danios in a 30 gallon..fully planted tank

AqAdvisor says it's only 81% stocked. Here is what it says
IMO I'd say it's fine i run overstocked tanks...having good filtration live plants. and maybe one good water change or like i do 2 at 20-30% water changes a week is fine.

I would say you're good. Like stated, you could add another cory and tetra. Cories have a low bioload and would make them even more happy too.
