Am I overstocked

I'm not inexperienced I've had this tank for five years I was just told by a friend I was overstocked so I wanted another option

I kept multiple goldfish in a 20G tank for about 9 years until recently. I only found out they need 75G each for a full healthy life when i signed up here. I currently have 2 comets in seperate 20G but have a 75G on the way for the comet i bought three years ago that has a big personality. His former tank mate is heading back to the store soon.

I hope that despite the arguing that went on, you had your questions answered.
