Ammonia levels

My ammonia levels have been constant for the last 3 days, did a water change on day 28 and since then have not gone up or down (maybe very slight variation in colour but not significant amounts)
Today reading with no water change since day 28

Day 31
Ammonia 0.25
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 10ppm
Ph 7.6
Temp 24c

Fish in cycling with
2x Neons
2x Platys
65lt tank

Takes a long time to cycle and alot more readings with fish in the tank, good too see ur dedicated to ur little friends lol, can in some cases be 3 months but should be around 2 with keeping a .25 ammo I wouldn't let it get any higher, even .25 isn't very good for em just keep watching ur readings it will come around
