Here is the predrilled 120 I got for.... FREE! That's my kind of price. Tank, stand, hood, sump and a hydor powerhead. We forgot to grab the pump and skimmer so I will have to go back for that.

Ok first question. The tank came with rock but I know he tore it down 2 years ago because of an ich issue. He medicated the tank and I saw some copper safe in the stand. Should I just toss this rock since it was probably in there when he medicated it?

Got the answer. This rock will be donated to my buddy for the 72 Bow I was going to get for his cichlid tank. Now the fun part buying rocks. YAY!

Are you sure that's a 120 and not a 110? Unless its a custom of course.
A 120 is 4'x2'x2' while a 110 is 4'x1.5'x2.5'. WxDxH.

You may be right ingy. I was told that it was a 120 did not even think different. It is going to be a reef tank. Already have some things in my 29 that will be put in it when it's ready. Montypora capricornis (spelling) and I will frag some of my mushrooms for it.

Anyone have any pics of a wet dry system turned into a refugium? I would like to have something to work with in my design

What are the benefits of running without a glass top? Tank has a canopy that I can install the 2 or 3 AI sols to. Also should I get 2 or 3 AI Sols? Picking up some rock and some trim to redo the top edge of the stand this weekend.

Dry rock came in from Marcos I am pleased with it. Got some nice big pieces. Started playing with it briefly while on lunch

Anyone have an opinion on the iwaki pumps? We use the at work and the seem reliable and quiet. What gph do I need?

Did you sterilize the tank before if you plan on Corals I would just to be safe if you saw copper safe in there it will just kill your corals

I scrubbed it inside and out with pure white vinegar and rinsed everything out really well any other steps I should take?

Nope not that I know of aslong as you scrubbed it very will it should be good I've heard of people also letting it sit for like 6 hours to a day to let it soak but I guess it would depend how well I scrubbed
