Once its a male and female they would eventually spawn..you just have give them some time and make sure the parameters in the water are met to correct breeding settings and they will spawn....just as andy said....

You could even try to blocking off aroind the entire aquarium to give them a sence od privacy and security......this may assist them to settle down faster and eaiser without too much stress...but generally i always force pair them by just adding a male and female thogether and they eventually settle down and spawn
