I was wondering if my water circulation will be adequate using my return pump 500gph one 450 korilla and one 1050 korilla powerheads. For a 57 gallon soon to be reef tank with 20 gallon sump?

A good rule to live by is to have 30x turn over rate, thats 30 x Water amount = gph needed.
So its 30 x 57 = 1710.

Your going to need a couple more pumps.

is it 30 X? I always thought 10 X the water volume.

In my 125g I have 2 1600's and a return of 1200 and that seems like an awful lot but by the 30 X motto I would be just over a tad. :)

In my cube I run a 425 or a 750 and the 295 return so I would be under then...

Well I thought power heads are added to GPH so with return and both powerheads I'm looking at about 1950gph. So is that correct?

In my opinion you have enough flow. That 425 could be upped though, it would be a good thing. :)
