I would check ebay and aquabid. I wouldn't pay more than $1 per shrimp including shipping. You can often get like 25 for $25.

You could also go to the Shrimp Farm, online site. I just got 30 RCS for 29.99. They were all around 3/4 inch long and in great shape...took 3 days to get them.
