Is it ok to place your heater next to an aerator?
eyring2210 said:I don't see a reason why it would be bad. In fact, the air stone will help circulate water past the heater making it more efficient in heating the tank.

Also I wanted to thank roydooms for including a nice picture of his heater/aerator. Sometimes visuals go a long way in helping those new to the hobby understand the advice they're getting. Good Job!
