are there any fish in the rift lakes other than cichlids?

Just curious what else is in lake Malawi and Tangakyan

Google the ARLs to find out. I know there are diverse populations in those lakes, but I don't know which are available in the aqua trade and exactly what other fish besides some Synodontis that call the ARL home.

I believe glass cats are native to ARL's as well.

There are some fish related to killies there too, lampeyes, etc, as well as Nile Perch, etc.

Lake Tanganyika, in particular, is almost like an inland sea, with herring, jellyfish, crabs, sponges, shrimps, even a water cobra.
