Argh, Koi sick

My smallest Koi about 1 1/2 inches is going on it's side, looks like it's struggling and very weak what do i do?

almost dead i quarantined it, but i think it's too late for the poor fella.

What are your water readings? How often do you do a gravel vac? How many fish in that tank. So you know...koi will definitley outgrow a 29 gallon tank.

Not much we can do with just the information you have given. What else can you tell us about the fish?

they've been in the tank for about 4 weeks, all my readings read 0, i did a 40% water change yesterday, did a good gravel vac yesterday. i quaranteed the little buddy, he seems to do better, more lively it seems.
