For pretty much any type of fish fry, a sponge filter is recommended (which is run by an air pump.) Glowfish need oxygenated water just like other danios.
If the fry are newborns, you'll want to keep the airflow on the low side until they grow some and can handle the current. You can regulate the flow with a gang valve.Hope this helps...
