Hello all,
It's been many years since I had an aquarium and decided to get one myself after helping my mom set one up over christmas holidays.
She was given a betta as a gift in a tiny acrylic tank and soon moved him
to a 5 gallon. One week later she had a 30 gallon FW community tank
This had me reading as much as possible to help her get started and I've since learned alot of important things, in part from this site.
I am in the middle of a fishless cycle so I thought I would start a journal here for others (as well as myslef) to hopefully learn from.
