I am somewhat familiar.

How fast is it suppose to grow I had one leaf bloom in two days the other leaves haven't gotten any height and how do I go about trimming it

Grows very fast. Once leaves bloom they dont get any longer. Trimming is as simple as pinching off the leaf at he stem.

No. If you float them till they grow roots then you can plant them.
