No, the leaves just look red because they are new and just coming out. They will turn back green in a couple days.

Yea it's turning green now just the new stuff though those are staying red but is growing like crazy

Generally thick algae coverage like that is a sign that a) the plant is doing poorly, or b) theres an imbalance in the aquarium

It's both I was over dowsing ferts and I had the tank at 88 because I had an ic scare so I hope I didn't shock the plant but b4 my plants were killin it but there was a lot of algae
