How big of a fish tank will house a banded leoporinuis? I currently have a 55 gallon that its in.
Well, what are the dimensions of your 75?
Thank God I thought I was going to have to trade it in cuz I can't get a tank bigger that that in my house or at least I don't want to. I currently have it in a 55 gallon which is just a little shorter in length but shorter in height and width. I thought it would need something longer. Would a black shark need to be put in a 75 gallon also? I have that in my 55 gallon along with a columbian catfish otherwise known as a silver tip shark to some ppl.
There's nothing custom about this 75. It used to be a saltwater tank and now I'm going to clean it up and use it for my freshwater fish. The answer to your black shark is its all black and is in the same family as a rainbow and redtail shark. I think there are supposed to grow to 2 feet in length but correct me if I'm wrong. I think I'll be trade the columbian catfish for a bumblebee catfish or a parrot fish.
What should I go with instead of a parrot? I had African Cichlids but got rid of them since they are way to aggressive for the fish that I have. The only fish that I know that will go toe to toe with them is a Glassy Barb. I have a male and it would fight the 2 African Cichlids.
Yes this is for my 75. Basically some of my biggest fish in my 55 are going into the 75 and then I'm taking my 29 gallon and putting those fish into the 75 also. They are a rainbow shark, parrot fish, four glassy barbs and a bumblebee catfish.
