I only feed my tank, to include a coral beauty, frozen foods. I switch between mysis, brine, and krill. If you buy these, be careful when picking such as you want to make sure they are 'gut loaded' so there are actual nutrients and such in them. If not, it would be similar to you eating only lettuce everyday and begin missing tons of essential things for survival.
