Both. Just pick one and go with it. Higher wattage is better IMO, but rule of Thumb in most cases 4-6 watts per gallon. So whatever how many gallon your tank is, times that by 4 or 6 and choose from there.

so i do 6x60=360

so it should be around 360 watts

Even though the wpg rule is a little outdated if you go by it you will be OK with both. The main thing you need to worry about is that intensity is what matters esp. if you are talking about high light corals. T5`s have plenty of intensity and will be good in a reef tank.
