Best media setup

So just recently got my first canister filter it a fluval 305 jw what is the best order and media to pit in it for mbuna its for a 55 as of now i have carbon and biomax jw thnks

I have a fluval fx5 and 406 (on different tanks). I generally fill them up with bio media and top it off with a polishing pad. Occasionally put charcoal in them if needed. I'm buffering my water in my substrate with cichlid sand and coral so no added buffering is needed in my filters. I let my nitrates dictate my water change schedule. Generally one 50% or two 30%'s p/week.
