Betta help

I just noticed this on the top of my betta skin, little marks. Any ideas what this could be? Just had green water problem after banana plant died and did two large water changes.

Looks like he's losing scales. Is there anything sharp that he can hurt himself on? The pictures are a bit blurry but does it look like his scales are pineconing to you?

Yea it’s weird. There is nothing sharp just plants and a super soft rock. I wonder if this could be something bacterial? I’ve bought almond leaves to see if this helps.
