Betta Revive?

My betta has slight fin rot. Is Hikari's Betta Revive a good medication to use? If so how do I use it? (considering ordering it from amazon)

I have never heard of it. I would go to a fish store and get some methylene blue, keep him in a bowl of dark blue concentration for a couple days and put him back. Do not feed.
If you cant find that, you can get Fungus cure at walmart which will work as well. That you can use in the main tank, its Good bacteria and plant safe.
