Had a Firemouth in with couple of Mbuna's and Peacocks doing the same thing for about a week. He ventured out a little at feeding frenzy and back he would go. Now he rules the tank. Give the black convict some time. He should come around. IMO. But also keep an eye on him.....make sure he is not being bullied!

Hey Chew Valley.....is Bristol England on the water? Just curious.....had a couple of beach houses in Bristol RI, USA......they were nice...still are except the "X" has them now....OH well...I got the Kids...Ha ha.!!!!
