I have several batches of Molly juvies in a 16 gallon tank . Recently I noticed an extremely square , bloated female . Looks more like a foreign object inside her and an enlarged vent .
Is it possible shes pregnant ? Very young , but can clearly tell the sexes apart , which I read means its possible .

My girlfriend told me the fish has been this way for 2 weeks or so. Swimming fine , breathing fine ,
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Probably slightly high nitrate 60-70 as I haven't done a water change for a while .

No. If they are around a
Month old or so they get a yolk sack. It is normal and
Goes
Away. It's part
Of
Development.

Internally ? The belly has what looks like he swallowed a mini lego ... I'll try and get a better shot later , but this seems very not natural at all. I fear internal parasite or tumor ?
