I want to get a pair of blue acaras in my new tank community tank, and i dont know how big they grow. Also, are they one of the peacfull new world cichlids

They get up to about 6 inches and are in the moderately aggressive range. I consider them a less aggressive version of the green terror.

I have one in my 75 South American tank and she doesn't bother my mikrogeophagus ramirezii (about an inch long) but she's super calm
