What are these raised bumps on my blue ram? It's otherwise active and healthy and the other one has none of them.

What are these raised bumps on my blue ram? It's otherwise active and healthy and the other one has none of them.

The white things look like some kind of worm coming from within the body. IMO, I would separate the fish into a separate bare bottom quarantine tank and either treat the fish or wait and see if the worms expel themselves after which you will want to medicate the fish to prevent any infections from the holes.
