I am new to this world. my first step is to buy a tank suitable for 30 - 50 gallons. Id like to have coral and rocks. I'm not sure about getting something like an all in one already set up, or getting everything separately, that way I could learn as much as possible about the hobby. Either way I will need lots of input. and possibly if someone lives in west palm beach area and has stuff for sale, we might be able to make a deal or two. Any suggestions on what to buy? Who make the best products. Im going to turn my loft into a fish room for maximum relaxation time. Anyways Hi all.

Equipment recommendations will definitely vary. It will all depend on what size tank you get and what you want to keep. I'd suggest starting off by reading the articles (http://www.aquariumadvice.com/articles/categories/Saltwater/Articles/?Page=2) and the stickies in the SW sections. The last article on cycling is a must read IMO.
