Could someone please tell me if boesmani rainbows are considered a slender or full bodied fish? I'm trying to determine how many I can keep in a 40 gallon breeder tank.

They're actually pretty active and it's recommended they have at least a 4 foot long tank. I like them too but I wouldn't put them in my 40 breeder for that reason.

Completely correct, I keep mine in a 75 gallon and I would but them in anything smaller than a 55
