What would be the easier of African cichlids to breed and how do you determine there sex?

Most mouthbrooders are pretty easy to get to breed. Sexing depends on the type of fish.

Yeah I google but come up with many different answer was curious if anyone on here had sure results like pictures of male and female. I have 4 assorted African cichlids for my Lfs that I have had for years now but never bred don't know if there male or female. I have a bright orange one a dark all blue one a blue with lack stripes and a dark colored one with blue accents.
