I just hatch them and then feed them. I've read that the are the most nutritious after they hatch but that as adults they should be gut loaded with spirulina for a higher nutritional content.
Growing the brine shrimp to adult size is a PITA, but because I don't have a source of live adults around here, I grow them.
You should be able to buy them locally, and just gut load them with Selco, or spirulina, or Phytoplankton, or, like I do, Tahitian Blend.
