Just saw this on my glass... It's TINY. Probably about as big as the "O" <- typed right there.

Fear me and my Photoshop skyllz.

Looks like that.

Is it a pod?

Looks like it might be a flatworm, but I could be wrong. Is that the color? Is it transparent?

That's about the color. It's mostly see-through, but not quite.

...figures. Can't find the silly thing now....

---------

I looked up pics of flatworms and their larva... and this thing doesn't look anything like them.

Still a mystery...

It's really hard to tell. Could be a flatworm, nudibranch, stomatella varia, sea slug, limpet, chiton, etc. Really wish I could help but without a picture..... Sorry.

Nope, that's not it.

Fluff- it will probably be mostly impossible to get a picture, as it's so small, but I'll see if I can try tomorrow when it's light.

The thing appears to be flat as a sheet of paper or so. It's translucent. It certainly has color (about the color of green/brown algae), but it's not completely opaque. It moves slowly.

I've been trying desperately to find a picture of it on the internet. However, I've viewed pictures of flatworms and their larva, and this does not appear to be one of those.

edit: Fluff, I looked up your list of critters that it could be, and it's closest in shape to a chiton larva.

edit again: I'm quite sure it's a chiton larva, thanks to the super duper search button here. Found this pic:

And I'm 95% sure that's what I've got.

Chitons are awesome critters. If that's what it is, it's a great algae grazer and a great addition to the tank.

Is it me, or did you change your original pic? LOL!

LOL! I didn't notice that! I was more interested in the pic changing!
