Brown Feather Duster Shaped Thingamajiggie??

I've got two of these growing on the latest live rock I got. I tried to run a search, but not sure what descriptive words to use. Anyone know what this is and is it (crossing fingers) a good thing?

no prob. i hate those guys. i had them and felt bad killing them at first but after i ended up with 200+ in a 55, i started killing with pleasure.
