Brown spots on my dolphin cichlid

I have a 125 gallon tank, running a fluval canister filter, Ph of 8, temperature of 75 degrees. My dolphin developed brown spots around a week ago and I'm having trouble figuring out what's wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I was thinking about getting some melafix and pimafix but am unsure as to which one I would need. The dolphin has been rubbing itself against the bottom of the tank and against rocks. I'm thinking possibly parasites or fungus.
