I did setup my 80 gallon tank it's 100 lenght 70 height and 44 width and it's closed with the cover i had with it from the top so the question do i need any bubble airmpump? or the fish will live without it? i have one with 2 outlets but it's not powerfull like a lot of bubbles just like it's decent so?

What maters is surface agitation.whether it be from a bubbler or you're filter.

My filter came with the hood like a big box come in the back of the tank and it make some bubbles but they are not make the surface move what should i do?

So you have a hang on back filter? If so just don't fill your tank up right to the filter exaust let it stay a bit lower so that it moves the water more. If that's not good for u an air pump will work.

Surface agitation is what makes the co2 oxygen exchange in your tank
