Bulging stomach on my dwarf gourami

That is the best to describe it. Should I worry? I've had him for 4-5 months now. Not sure what to look up to help him out.

Mine will get like that occasionally if he has access to too much food. Does the skin look abrnormal, scales, color, etc? Or is it just bulging out?

Scales and color are fine. It's not too much food, I feed them once a day and I'm careful not to over feed. His stomach is just bulging.

Nope. Just the one male
