I have about 1.2 wpg but i saved up enough to get a c02 bubble maker kit thing. so will the c02 thing compensate for my bad lighting and make my plants healthier?

You have sufficient light for low light plants CO2 will not allow you to get plants that require more light but CO2 at any light level will be beneficial.
