can anyone explain why fish swim only on right half of tank?

One of them farted on the left and it smells bad?

Maybe the current is too strong or not strong enough, or they might not like a plant or decoration on that side, or maybe something outside the tank is frightening them. Maybe they just like it better.

It might be the current being to strong, that's where the filter is.
I also feed them on the right half of he tank, I should try the left half for a change ...
