Can I use this as substrate?

The attached photos are of soil that I love to use. Can I use it in my tank? There are extras in the ingredients listed in the second photo I'm not sure about... TIA

Unfortunately not it includes kelp meal and fish meal and a bunch of other ingredients you don't want in your aquarium. 100% organic is a blurred headline these days especially when it comes to retail.

You'll need to find a soil that is 100% soil free of other ingredients.
