My green carpet has been hiding behind one of my LR's for the past few days. It looks good, still opens up and will take food. Will it be ok out of the light that long...I have 2x400W MH's 10,000K bulbs?

Just earlier today it moved under a rock so it hanging upside down just above the substrate, still mostly opened up.

Should I move it back on a rock in the light or is it still adjusting to my tank?

I purchased it two weeks ago.

Thanks,
Rich

Let it move on it's own to where ever it wants. Moving an anemone is detrimental to it's health. My BTA is attached to the underside of a large rock and extends into the light, and retreats for protection at night. Let it be.
