Chili Rasbora Coloring Up?!

I've noted many times that 1 of my 7 chili rasboras is usually colored up super bright. Does this mean that it's trying to show off to the females? Thanks in advance!

My CPDs the males almost glow the reds get so intense. I don't have Chili Rasboras yet, but club members' fish get really nice color. They feed live and frozen, not just flake or pellet.

I feed frozen BBS and my Rainbows and CPDs display like crazy afterwards

Oh ok, I'll check the link out. Won't they get bloated on just live and frozen? Sorry, I'm having a mind blank lol what does BBS stand for? Baby brine shrimp? Lol
