Cichlid HELP

it has been 2 weeks since ive gotten my first aquarium. i have 4 cichlids and 1 bottom feeder. 2 but one died the first day, i have no idea why. my 4 cichlids seem to be not happy. one is obviously dominant, one isnt eating, well actually tries to eat but spits it out. another one constantly digs the sands and piles the sand in one corner, the other is always bullied. can someone advise me on my tank formation? does it look okay? is my fish even cichlids? do i have the right plant? etc etc. please! i urgently need some advise. thanks

Would love to help. Can you post pictures? What cichlids do you believe them to be? Was the tank cycled. What size tank?

What is your Ph, Nitrate and nitrite levels? Did you cycle your aquarium Before you added fish to it?? Please let me know and I would be more than happy to help
