I have moved my africans to a new 125 gallon and have no clue what to do with 45 gallon I was raising them in. The tanks been running for years and can handle the bio load of almost anything. What would you guys recommend to put in there? I want something different and cool. I already have Africans, kribs, rams.

I'm assuming you mean Malawi cichlids by "Africans". Have you considered Tanganyikans at all? I have a colony of Julidochromis transcriptus Gombe and they are a really interesting species to keep. Your tank is a good size for them.

I have a mixed african tank with a little bit of everything
