Cleaning Tank

Anyone have any suggestions on how to get this tank clean so far we have tryed vinagar, some natural scubbing compound, a type of steel wool safe for glass, scaped it with a razor blade. nothing works.

Have you tried leaving a vinegar soaks paper towel on it for a while then scrape with razor?

Just tryed the paper towel trick had it on for about 2 hours and did nothing. It wasn't to noticable with fresh water hopefully it will be the same when we fill it with salt
