Translucent bubbles on both sides of guppy's tail fin. Acting completely normal. No other fish or areas of this guppy are affected. Unsure how long they've been there. Any ideas? Possibly gas bubble disease? If so, suggestions?

Gas bubble disease is less a disease then a response to pressure or temperature.

Was the fish recently shipped by air or did it experience any large changes in temperature?

I've had it for about 3 months now so no recent shipping. Also no temperature changes they stay at a constant temp

Then it’s probably not that. Do they like raised and fluid filled or could it be raised scales creating an illusion of bubbles?

I hope someone else has a clue because I’ve never seen anything like that, sorry!

Any more news on the fish as I've somthing similar or one of my guppies also..
